The mission of the International Academy of Oral Medicine and Toxicology is to be the trusted Academy of medical, dental and research professionals who investigate and communicate safe science-based treatments to promote whole body health.
What is the IAOMT?
The International Academy of Oral Medicine and Toxicology (IAOMT) is a global network of dentists, health professionals, and scientists who research the biocompatibility of dental products, including the risks of mercury fillings, fluoride, root canals, and jawbone osteonecrosis. We are a non-profit organization and have been dedicated to our mission of protecting public health and the environment since we were founded in 1984.
What does IAOMT Australasia do?
IAOMT Australasia is a local chapter of the International Academy of Oral Medicine and Toxicology – spanning over Australia, New Zealand and Oceania.
Our aim is to bring together all health professionals that prioritise biocompatible dentistry to create a valuable resource that provides mentorship, educational services, conferences and training.
By creating a community of like-minded health professionals under the IAOMT Australasia banner we will be able to save our members time and money – bringing keynote speakers to our region.
